I have the same problem, i was a seller on half.com for 2 yrs, i had 100% positive feedback up until the day they suspended my account for no reason. They owe me 33k, this has been owed to me since October.
I have had numerous chargebacks! They debited my account for thousands of dollars! I then submit proof of delivery and they credit it back to me.
I was told i would get paid as soon as my account remains inactive for 14 consecutive days, it has now been 33 days with no activity and although i email them daily i get no response.
