Earns millions by not giving the clients the credit they paid fo

Far too many Skype clients won't get the calling credit they paid for. If you are one of them prepare for meeting the silent wall of Skype. If you try to find a phonenumber to this major "phonecompany" don't bother cause there isn't any. At least not pressented on their website. If you try to contact their customer support - prepare for a loong wait cause they do not answare you back. The Skype customer support is like a black hole. Everything you give to them is gone for ever.

In my case it started like this... I made a banktransfer to get som ecredit to call for with Skype. On their webpage it say's that it should take up to 7 days for the credit to be stored onto your account and when 10 day's had passed I tried to contact Skpe by filling in the mail form on their site. I got no answare back.

After 30 day's I still haven't got any answare back but have sent a lot of mails to Skype. Well. I did get one answare back when I made a whois on the domain name Skype.com and sent a mail complaining to the mailadresses found there. Although.in the answare I got back Skype Customer Support wanted to know more about my payment and I did send them all the info they asked for. After that it was all silent again. No more answare from Skype.

If you are paying Skype credit you can't be sure to get the credit you paid for. What you can be sure of is that Skype won't give a damn crap about you as a client and you won't get any help getting problem solved. Your money is most defineatly lost for ever.

If you consider all the people using Skype every day all over the world, most of them did probably get the credit they paid for but many as well probably didn't. Skype get here a possibility to earn millions from ripping people off just by not have a phonenumber to reach the customer support at and also by not have a working support. They say that they try to answare all the mails within 72 hours. For me it just tooked 20 day's before I heard anything. And it still not solved. How hard can it be to make sure that a payment for a service is carried out as it should?

If any other company, a smaller company would treat their clients like this they would not have any clients. If any other company would take the clients money and then be unreachable by not have a phonenumer, not answaring mails etc. There would definealty be a fraud warning over that company.

As I have a company myself and as I have made the payment in my companies name I haven't get the service delivered as I paied for. Skype also refuse to answare mails and try to not take responsibility for the service sold.

I am very much wanting to fill a request for bankruptcy. All the signs are there. But who can go against such a big company without ruin oneself? And why should I even bother with such small money? That's actually the problem! I bet that Skype don't care just cause they know that no one ever will catch them cause it's just such small money but all together it will be a lot.

I am not alone. If searching the net and browsing the Skype forum one will see a lot of complaint from people who haven't got the credit they paid for. I haven't found a single case where Skype actually have solevd the problem and gave their client the credit.

I am pretty sure that Skype is running a big time SCAM here and you might be their next victim!
