It seems that the reports on fiberlocity are true. Unfortunately, I found all of these negative reports only after becoming a victim myself.
For nearly four days, my website that is hosted by fiberlocity has been down. The company's website www.fiberlocity.com is also down and has been for just as long.
When I first registered for their service there was an 800 number provided for "friendly fast customer service." This number is now directed to the owners (Igor) cell phone voice mail. Upon being directed to the voicemail, the electronic message tells you that his mailbox is full. Why is it full you may ask? Because I am not the only victim here.
There is now no way possible to get in touch with fiberlocity and there is no way to ever know where your credit card information may end up. I am not directly accusing any employee of fiberlocity but isn't interesting that I have had fraudulent charges on my credit card right around this disappearance of fiberlocity.
Please do not use fiberlocity.in addition, if anyone has any suggestions or advice on how I can approach this situation I would love to hear back.
