My mother made an online purchase from www.holidayliquidations.com on December 21. She purchased 3 Lacoste polo shirts and was charged $108. She was sent a confirmation email stating that she should expect the shirts anywhere from 2-21 days.
After not receiving any of the shirts for nearly a month, we tried calling and emailing the company. Calls were futile as they led to a voice message asking us to leave a name and number so that the call could be returned. The calls were never returned. We tried emailing a few times and each time received generic responses that did not promise the refund we had requested or that the shirts would be arriving anytime soon.
One shirt did arrive in late January, but the other two have yet to arrive. I have sent yet another email asking for a partial refund, and again got generic responses. It has been nearly 2 months since the initial order and the order still is not complete.
