Netshops ripoff false adverstisement and billing never sent the item no refund

I ordered computer desk that was marked "instock". Several weeks later recieved an email claiming item is backordered and will ship at later date. Later date passed weeks ago and Computerdesks.com does not want to refund my money. They also do not know when if ever the desk will ship. Watch out!!! This is fraud!!!
