I purchased Pinnacle Studio Plus Titanium v10.5 from Fry's electronics on December 10. The product was advertised with 2 rebates to be claimed within 30 days of purchase and paid 6-8 weeks after submission. On Feburary 1, I checked the web site and could not find either of the submissions listed. When I called I was told they must have been "lost in the mail".
Additional research indicated that other buyers had similar complaints — the company is extremely slow in posting rebate submissions and does not pay on time.
