Well, I made the mistake of paying for an internet service before checking consumer complaints. Both would have let me know that this company is fraudulent. I paid for a cell phone trace over two weeks ago (they say results 24-48 hours) and have still received nothing. No response to emails, no updates, nothing. They also say "no results, no fee" but charged my credit card company the day I ordered the report.
From now on I'll check a company out before sending them money. It also turns out that cellulartrace is more expensive than most sites - another sign of a rip-off!
