Ok In 2002 I bought a labtop from this company worth 1700 dollars. It was cheap compared to other p4 with that size screen. The policy of this company is that you get full warranty for 1 year and half warranty the next 2 years. Half warranty is work is free but you have to pay for the parts.
Well in about 2 years my computer started having problem in the input socket for the adapter. So I called them and they told me that I would have to change the whole motherboard for 350 dollars or I can get an upgrade for 600 dollars. It was just a problem that could have been fixed with soldering new fluid on the piece. So I decided to get the upgrade.
Then I sent my old computer in for the upgrade and they gave me the new computer 2 to 3 weeks later but I noticed this new laptop had a crack on the screen like razor fine cut. I told them this and also that I have to go to school out of country like that following week. So they said they would change it within the year. So I was happy.
So at winter break I emailed them and said ok I am going to send it back but now they said they are going to charge me 350 just for a new labtop screen that i didn't break. So i was like forget it. Then a couple a months back later the computer just failed and couldn't even be started. I told cybernet and they wanted more money.
I decided never to get a labtop from this company again. The warranty plan is better for major companies. Now cybernet dicontinued making the deskbook labtops probably because they have so many problems. But i would even trust there other products either.
