Payment of $31,000 for my merchandise removed from my account

I sold my merchandise to one company. They paid all the money ($31,000) to my PayPal account. But PayPal took this money from my account somewhere, and now I am bankrupt. What can I do now? PayPal said the money I received in my account was not clear. But I forwarded all the merchandise to the company. I lost everything, the merchandise and the money.
