This company received my money and my order and did not deliver my order. I received one return email from Bianca, whoever she is, and then no one would return my emails again. Ripoff internet

This company received my money and my order and did not deliver my order. I received one return email from Bianca, whoever she is, and then noone would return my emails again. I received a telephone call from a man that said he had talked to my wife on the phone, which was a lie, and he said that he would ship my order along with an additional product for my trouble but nothing at all was received.
