A charge of $9.55 was placed on my mbna mastercard acct. On 9/10 ref#0288 and transaction appears as rsipartners. Bethesda md.
I contacted mbna and they said i should contact the company, they do not seem to have a web address. Don. T know where to look. I do not know how they got my credit card.
