Completly and flat out lied to. I ordered product, (foolishly), told free and I was aware of the 79.95 if you keep product. I was not satisfied with product, returned them and asked to look at other products. I was sent a another set of disks, "2 free" choices to make the sale. I was ok with that and said to it was ok to BILL ME the 79.95, AND I asked, that will be all, right? I specifically asked the lady to not fool around and let me know this is the end of things. I asked if anymore things would suprisingly show up at my door. SHE SAID NO! And well, to my suprise, I am charged another 79 bucks 2 months later. What a bunch of lying, stealing cheaters they have working over there pushing these products. Want and honest product at this company? NO HONESTY WITH video professor, DO NOT BUY! Liars. Im going to try to get the charge reversed but you can't get ahold of anyone at Video Liars. What a crock.
