Codebreaker, Owner/CEO Of GSCCC, Rip Off False Advertisement. Pay To Get Product Then Pay Membership To Make It Work. Horrible/Non-existant Customer Service

If you buy this product called Codebreaker (game enhancer) for your home console or portable, you'll put out 30~40 dollars just for the software disc. Then you try to use the codebreaker, the game is almost always newer than the codebreaker's list of games.in which case you can't use the codebreaker until you update with codes for the game you have.in order for you to do that, you must go to the website codebreaker.com (cmgsccc.com) to find updates just to use the product.

Once on the website, before you can even see if there are any codes for your game, first, you must register at the website just to have access to the code archives. (Keep in mind, the codebreaker is worthless without the codes.) After registering, and gaining access to the code archives, you have to locate the game, easy enough the only painless part.

Now if you have a pen drive (or flash / thumb drive) you can download the codes directly to it and use it to update the codebreakers codelist saved on your codebreaker. They call this "Day-One." It's more like day-30, because it takes them so long to update anything. If you don't use a flash drive, you end up inputting lines and lines of letters and numbers just to make the product work with your game, then you have to input another set of lines for the actual cheat codes you want.

Think you're done? Probably not, the codes themselves have no assurance that they'll actually work.infact, most of the time when the sole code creater (Hacker), creates the codes it's a obviously a total rush job. There is no quality guarantee by the company that the codebreaker codes will even work for you.

Once you have the codes entered, and attempt to use them with your game, if they do not work, (most of the time only half of them do or not at all), you have to go back to the website with your hat in your hand codebreaker.com (www.cmgsccc.com) and post in the forums that the codes do not work. And then wait and hope someone responds to the post. Days and weeks can go by if it is a game that they don't have on their hot games list which seems to be really small.

Feedback is so rare that customers like yourself end up trying to help one another by posting links to other unofficial sites. This usually results in an infraction like the one described below. Frustrated users may point out that another cheat device/software has working codes. Mentioning another company or cheat device gets you an infraction too.

Basically, it is almost meaningless to post anything.

The website only has one person that makes codes and he (calls himself CMX) is always seems to be "away on business." When you finally get tired of checking their site for feedback or updates, most people are compelled to leave another post requesting the update again or complain about it.

Again, after a few days, they will completly ignore you or a forum moderator will tell you that you're making a mistake with the codes just to get rid of you (even if you used their "Day-One" service and didn't type the codes in by hand). The service is so bad that you end up trying to find a place to complain to about it. Only to find: their "Contact Us" page is nothing more than a dead link so you again end up posting in their forum. (Emailing the Parent Company, Pelican, gets you ignored also)

If do you make any form of complaint in the forum about the service you recieve. They quickly delete your complaint so nobody else sees it and then remove your ability to post in that forum without so much as a reason why or a response to your complaint. Amazingly, you receive no notice of an infraction, because they know what they're doing isn't right and they can't justify it.

Further more, if the game you have is so new that they don't have codes for it listed, you have to request them.in which case, they hit you with a membership fee, a membership that there is mysteriously not anything about on the codebreaker's packaging when you bought it.

Oh and if you make the mistake of posting something that they think even reads like a code request, you recieve this email telling you that you committed an illegal code request infraction and if you do it again they will restrict your access possibly permanently (Banning you from the site or forum).

Meanwhile, even if you've kept a cool head and not gotten yourself banned from the ridiculous website by the ignorant and tyrannical moderators, you still have a 30~40 dollar codebreaker that you can't use and you just wasted your money on it.

Bottomline: Once they get your money they don't care if you're satisfied or not. The codebreaker itself would be a decent product, but the non-existant customer service and the extortive greed of the people involved with the website make this a ripoff.
