Paypal have not only limited my account but also my daughters with no explanation, i have faxed them all the documentation they have asked me to at least 5 times, anyway to cut a long story short they emailed me that i can not appeal. I sent an email to the sun newspaper with a link to the paypalsucks website copy & pasted it to paypal, they have now sent me an email apoligising for the bad customer service i received from them but say that i have not faxed the information they asked me to but i can phone them which i did.
I told them yes i emailed the un newspaper & if my money is not released i will send the other 15 emails i have in my draft folder to other newpapers & media companies, i have to phone them back tomorrow, i have my fingers crossed that this can be sorted, but if more people threated paypal or actualy take them to court then this situations with paypal might get sorted. Also why oh why wont ebay let the new online payment from google called checkout use there site, i believe that they are affraid that checkout (who dont charge as much as paypal) will be more honest than paypal. I will keep you updated on this situation
