I just wrote this final letter to PlasmaNet. I've been so discouraged that I cannot keep quiet. Even though I gave them 5 days before I contact the BBB, that did not mean I could not send this out somewhere else.
The only misleading statement I wrote to them is that my new email was my dad's. I just didn't want them to start emailing my, untouched with junk, email
Over the past 3 to 4 months I have received numerous emails demanding that I claim my winnings. Every time I have tried, I either get
1) a link to pay $9.99 a month
2) I find their email adresses and respond asking for assistance
3) and now, their email addresses no longer work and everything is failure notice.
There are no telephone numbers anywhere

I have tried to send this email several times, and it always has a failure notice.
I tried to contact you via the contact us via website option Still no answer.
At this point I truly am starting to believe that FREELOTTO is a scam only with no intention to pay anyone, but to lure the average consumer into a false hope and then start charging them again.
If I do not receive some type of valid response within 5 business days, I will contact the BBB of the internet division with a copy of this letter.
I stopped paying for free lotto a few months ago, since that time, I have been notified that I apparently won, way back when. Every time I try to claim these prizes, I am directed to pay for FAST. If I really won, please let me know how to claim my prize step by step. I am legally blind, and on Federal disability due to my condition. That's one of the reasons I cannot afford to pay almost $10.00 a month. And this is also the reason why I apparently cannot get through the process to claim my prize. I am sending a copy of the email I received. Please contact me by telephone at??? -??? -??? Or email me true directions to my other email??? @sbcglobal.net (this is my dad's company email, please do not send any other emails to this email but the one I have requested)
