Futurecom had called me on the phone and said they are having a promotion on dell computers. They took $299.00 out of my account two years ago and i've called them almost every day. They never sent the computer so i asked for a refund. When i called every day for that they always had a different excuse. I can't go to my bank for them to fight it because its been two years and i dont have an account with that bank anymore. So I'm going to the attorney generals office and filing a complaint to get my money back. Hopefully that will work. We need to do something about them.
