Scroll to the bottom and click 'contact us'
Click 'Click Here' on the next screen
Choose 'General Customer Support Issues' (All others will give you a 'lecture type answer'
Do not enter any information on the next screen. Simply Click Submit
You will now have the option to 'Free Instant Cancel'

To remove the software from your computer:

This adware/spyware type software downloads onto your PC and then 'threatens' legal action, negative credit report marks, etc if you do not pay their fee. Please inform all your internet buddies and contacts about this and let them know that there is a way out.

I filed a complaint with the FTC for fraudulent/unfair/unethical practices. Please do the same!
