05/09 Saw an add that look interesting and signed up for a three day trial offer. Gave them my information and was billed by payco.com for the $4.95 instantaneously. Went to the site and could not get on.
The next day I emailed them and told them to cancel my subscription as I could not get on their site. A Joe Segal returned my email and asked for my log in information and I supplied it I received another email form him stating that he had logged in with my information and had not problems I told him to cancel my membership anyway.
Last thing I heard from them. 05/27. I got a notice from my bank that Paco.com had billed me for $29.95 I sent Mr Seagal an email at the same address reminding him that I had instructed him to cancel my account. I received no reply from him and today my bank paid the bill I called the number for payco.com And was advised that as I didn't have a confirmation email that my account had be cancelled that all they could do was to cancel the account as of today "BUT THEY COULDN'T DO AND THING ABOUT WHAT I HAD ALLREADY PAID." Seems that they have convenient email malfunctions. These pepole are bandets don't do business with eather of them.
