Ibill kept taking my membership fee's for 7 months and never forwarded them to me. They signed a promisary note to pay half in one year with a 3% interest, then the next year I would receive the rest, when time came to pay the first payment, it never came.
When I inquired about it. I was referred to their "attorney" who promply emailed me saying that they do not intend to pay.
I have filed a complaint with the comsumer protection agency and contacted the attorney general in reguards to this matter.
