According to my ever trusty NetSpend Online Email Notification I was notified of a withdraw of 65.75 from my account cc card. When I called, a person from India answered the phone, and took my information. Then I was transferred to Level 2 Support. He took my reference number, then looked up my account. When I explained the situation, he informed me that it would take two weeks from now to receive the refund. I in turned commented it took you two hours to take my money however it takes you two weeks to put it back. Well I will be calling Netspend to reverse the charge which the Indian Gentleman said he didnt receive, but the Level 2 Support says they will return.
