I signed up on April 21st. I was given an email reply that I would have my login information within 24 hours. This came LATE the next day. One day gone from the trial period already without having had access to the information. When I got the logins I went to the site and realized this is not for me. SO I started the cancelation process. I filled out what I needed to online and then the last page said I needed to call. So I did.
I got an automated recording that said they were closed and to please call back Mon-Fri. So I did that. Gee guess what? I call back and to cancel it is all automated. There was no reason to have to wait until Monday to call. They could have canceled it. Oh yea wait a minute there sure was a reason this put me past my trial period!!! So now I am stuck with a charge of 64.87 for something that I NEVER EVER USED tried to cancel now I can't even get an email to them. It bounces back. I do have this information though... I have filed with the NY BBB and the Attorney General we will see if anything happens.
