I ordered some art from this company, I have been waiting over a month for it. I was told that Fedex had returned it to them because of a label problem. They credited my credit card for the amount of the purchase but not the freight.
They contacted me and wanted to know if I wanted them to reship. I advised them that the purchase was a gift and I needed it by a certain date and authorized them to charge my card only if they could guarantee the item to arrive prior to that date. They charged my card again, and a week beyond the date agreed to, via email, has yet to arrive. The customer care number provided, the assistance, and overall attitude of this companies employees is pathetic.
Avoid doing business with this company at all costs!
