If anyone is considering using bluehippo DON'T

They took $545.74 out of my checking account, they told me to fax the papers they sent me with a void check
which i did, then they tell me they didn't get the fax
i stopped the draft but didn't cancel because they said my money was unrefundable, what a rip off keeping my hard earned money for their own use.
