I am the victim of Frenchies Antiques and Funiture of Miami who sold their goods on Ebay, cashed my check for $1156.00 in January and as of May 24th, I still do not have the Mirror and Console Table I paid for. I dealt with a person named Athena who disappeared for a good 60 days after my check was cashed. Was this a court ordered disappearance? I have made numerous attempts to get my furniture delivered and not one time has any person from Frenchies Antiques and Funiture ever contacted me after they cashed my check. Frenchies was canceled on Ebay after numerous complaints including a person who never received his item or refund after paying for it. I called them several times and finally was given the name of the delivery company who would be shipping my furniture. Air-O-Sea Cargo shipped the wrong furniture on March 27th and refuses to return any of my phone calls. I find it very interesting that Frenchies owner, Robert Brooks is never there when I asked for him. Also interesting is the fact that the business/personel address is listed to Frenchies Antiques and Furniture, Zelma Juin and Athena. The phone number comes up with Frenchies Antiques and Furniture and Zelma Juin. Something is just not right about this business and I plan on getting to the bottom of it. I have filed every kind of consumer complaint against these companies and will take every action I can to get my money back. I don't take kindly to be RIPPED-OFF!!!
