Plexum NICPLEX is a SCAM. They will rip you off, take thousands of dollars from you for their affiliate software and then completely ignore you.
See the other report on this fraudalent company. Their software is advertised to work on any server, but once they sell it to you and it doesn't work as advertised, they will insist you need to put it on one of their preferred hosting partners, who will rip you off with outrageous hosting fees, compared to other hosting company's.
Here is what happened to me. I was told I would have to host with mtihosting.com (one of their fraudulent hosting companys) I was charged $39.95 a month for 100megs of space and 5 pop 3 email accounts (compare this to any other hosting company and you will see how much of a rip off it is). But, I was told that if I didn't host with them that my software wouldn't work correctly and it was because of my hosting company and that they wouldn't help me any longer. This is not stated anywhere on their web site BEFORE you buy the software, only after they have hooked you into buying it.
Once they have you, their fraudulent hosting company will disappear literally overnight taking with them your software and data. When you contact the fraudulant Plexum NICPLEX company, they will completely ignore you. I can't stress this enough, they completely and totally ignore your phone calls (they never answer their phones and everything goes to voice mail), they ignore your emails and will do absolutely nothing for you.
I am now stuck with software that has cost me thousands of dollars and even though I reinstalled from back up the software, it will not operate because NICPLEX has to turn on the license from their server and they as I have stated numerous times in this complaint, they refuse to respond to emails or return phone calls despite the fact that I have left them several urgent phone calls requesting a call back and sent more than a dozen emails requesting assistance and a call back.
Once this fraudulant SCAM company has your money, you can forget assistance from them.
I challenge anyone from the fraululent Plexum NICPLEX company to come on to this public forum and disprove what I have reported. I have copies of all the emails I sent them, I have phone records showing all the calls I have made to them and anyone can check my web site URL which shows the message Software Needs to be Licensed and does not operate, even though I have paid in full and am suppose to own it.
This company was also known as OxMx in the past and changed their name to probably throw off everyone who saw the reports on them being fraudulent. Now, they are at it again under a new name cheating, stealing, lying and ignoring customers who have paid them and have recieved nothing in return.
SCAM! Stay away or they will get you too.
