I am writing to you on behalf of a family member who ordered something thru me on the above named web site.
They placed an order on the 26th of Nov and was informed by automated notice that there goods were being proccesed.
After failure to contact this company after several attempts asking what has happened to her product she has asked that her order be cancelled only to find out that the company in question has already taken the money from her account but has not yet sent the goods.
Also the cost agreed upon in the order has differed from the original amount stated in the confirmation email that was sent to Miss Hutton. She has contacted her credit card company in this matter and seeks any further legal help that is availible to her at this time.
