I was so naive, but now I will always look at usacomplaints.com before making any deal! I purchased three hot pink razr phones from a seller named Welman Pendot, or matul co., from alibaba.com.
I corresponded with him through several emails, and he was always very prompt at returning them. However, once I sent the money ($615.00 plus $30.00 transfer fee), I never heard from him again. I sent several emails after that and he never responded.
The bad thing is is that I was just trying to make a few extra bucks, since I am in school and don't make much at my job. This is just embarrassing to me that I fell for this. I contacted the customer service department at Alibaba and they seem to be very helpful; however, the investigation has just begun.
If anyone has a legitimate wholesale source for the hot pink razr phone, please let me know. Now I have to try to make my money back somehow.
