Last year, I signed up for a subscription for a domain account. Could never figure anything out, and wanted to cancel. I called them several times, wrote emails to the address provided ([email protected]), and never had got my money back, or subscription cancelled. (There was a money back guarentee). Now, my debit card was charged $60, an anauthorized transaction. I called them, and was told to write a letter of confirmation that I wanted to be refunded. I emailed them the letter, and now have also snail mailed them one. They are a ripoff!
