I amw aiting for a refund fromzooscape and they dont respond to emails or phone

I made an order from zooscape about 2 months ago, after we made the order they required photos of the creditcard including at note were we authorize the to withdraw money from our card! Since we are nervous people here in Sweden we said that we didnt want to do that so they would refund our money and it would take between 5-21 buisiness days. I have sent them 6 emails asking them why a refund should take so long time since I have some webshops myself I know that I can do a refund in about 10 minutes and the money are back at the customers creditcard at once. I also tried calling them but there is no answer and I have asked the to call back, but they are not responding neither by mail or phone, they sent me an email 26: th of oktober and told me about the refund but I havent seen any money yet But there is still some days left! But at least they could respond to me!
