Paid 29.95 thru PAYPAL for PC Rescue download from healthy computer club 10/10 had to delete did not work! Have no address no phone to give just paypal receipt. Contacted many times will not give refund.internet

10/10 paid paypal 29.95 for pc recue download from healthy computer club. Download did not work right had to delete. Told them thru e-mail and pay pal wanted refund. Mightas well be on the moon! Keep getting automated message from automated mesage can't even find on paypal. I want my refund, I told them had to delete they e-mail back saying they can fix in an aotomated e-mail. I've been had and need help!
