I would avoid this email marketing firm like the bubonic plague.
They did an emailing for my firm, and incorrectly coded the optout address, resulting in hundreds of emails clogging my in-box. More importantly, they claimed to have sent one million emails and promised an open rate 3%/response rate 3% and didn't deliver anything close to that. They then admitted their fault on the coding but refused to do a make-good, and then claimed that the response rate was the fault of poor creative. They also said upfront that only a "handful" of their "double opt-in subscribers" would opt out, and the number was more like 1200!
AVOID BULLZIMEDIA! Unless you enjoy parting with your money for no results and headaches, and enjoy being lied to.
