I had ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend's birthday. I sent their payment to them ($75) Express Mail and got confirmation of them receiving payment. My order has been processing since March 13!!!
I e-mailed them a couple of times and they assured me that the shoes were coming from their Chinese factory and that they would provide me with a tracking number very soon. I have given up on ever purchasing from the internet. This was my first and last time trusting the internet!
If anyone knows how to get money back from Robert let us know!!!
