I bought buy-a-book.org from profit-sites.org and with a 2 for one offer, I bought a web name from them as well. It was to be a turnkey website which I was supposed to have immediate results from, and complete ownership of. I received neither site. I was told to follow the links I had been given so that I could see the profits the sites were making and the links only lead to shopping mall sites that I did not buy.
I tried several times to get matters strait, some key questions were never answered. I 'saw' profits as emails came in but then was told I was not going to get money for 90 days [which was no where advertised on there website.] I saw plenty of testimonials for profits people were making but I'm I never saw a testimonial where they actually recieved the cash.
In the end I told the company that I thought they were scamming me. I was told that I was sounding like the scammer and that I was going to be watched so that I would not get away with my fraud. Yeah, great customer service.
This company is a TOTAL rippoff. I've been contacted by others who bought sites and it appears that it is a whole circle of affiliates feeding off themselves, all who have been ripped off as well. I don't know who the real people are behind this but they are liars and cheats.
DO NOT buy from them.
