After being with these guys for 2 Years, I have finally had it. I pay a monthly fee of $19.99 for my Wholesale Website.
A couple of months back they changed their URL address so they can improve their site... Problem was they didnt let any of the shop owners know.in my case, my store was down for two days while I was running around trying to find out what happened.
I found what happened by posting a complaint on their main Forum. The Administration told me they changed the physical address. I then re-directed my domain name to the new address and my site worked again. You would figure after 2 years of paying they would let me know
I had a problem with my shopping cart freezing up but could not do anything about it. All the links to report a problem dont work. You can pay for service but I dont know if that link works either. I wont pay for a problem out of my pocket when it's their problem. Especially when it may not work
I tried to contact them several ways but they never responded. Im deaf so the phone number, which is probably bad also, is not an option for me.
Well I guess Im getting my revenge. I cancelled my subscription in PayPal and in a couple of weeks they wont get their money EVER! I bet I hear from them then...
Lets see how they like it when the shoe is on the other foot.
