Remanufactored/Sold inks as genuine Shenzhen China

I confirmed over and over with this person, Lisa Yang that the inks I am purchasing are genuine and not refilled or remanufactored and she confirmed over and over again that they are genuine however after sending the money and recieving the inks, they are not genuine and they are refilled!
