Ripoff fraudulent billing and credit card fraud

I have cancelled my accounts with Bright Builders via e-mail and attemped to by regular mail and telephone several hundred times over the past two and one half years.

Thier 1-800-738-1915 and I always get the same recording telling me that all circuits are busy now please try your call again later. This occurs 24 hours a day every day.
