I renewed Newsweek Magazine in June. The renewal was never processed although I was billed immediately.
After numerous emails I was assured that the item would be taken care of. After my final correspondence with them (after 8 months) I received a telephone called from "Sandra" who apologized for the probem, and told me that the order had been resubmitted and she was also sending me a refund. Nearly 3 months later no refund and no reprocessed order.
