Model Name: PowerEdge 1850 Intel Xeon 2.8 GHz, Corporate Colocation has my equipment (a server with all my personal files worth $2,275.24) since 10/19 and they refuse to return it.
What happened: I contracted Corporate Colocation with getting high speed internet service for my server and I have shipped my new server ($2,275.24) to their location in Los Angeles on 10/18. The server arrived to them on 10/19. I got unsatisfactory service from them (one day downtime, manipulated/fraudulent statistics, they didn't have any equipment for limiting bandwidth) so after 4 days I've canceled contract and wanted to get my server ready for shipment back and find another company for getting better service.
Corporate Colocation refused to return my server and they kept my server since then until today. They assumed I owed them $104.90 (one month rent) what was not true. I have all my credit card statements with their charges. They found out on 03/22 that they were wrong and they gave me refund of $104.90 but they didn't return my property. They ruined my business.
The server was with extra memory and contained a lot of my private files. I have the invoice for the server and I have a receipt from UPS that the server was shipped from me to Corporate Colocation on 10/18. I have also all my credit card statement showing I was charged from them for 2 months.
I want to get my expensive equipment (the server in WORKING condition) back.
