Ripoff

I was charged for service for a computer repair due to the computers condition.

The computer was running as if could load anything.
I tried to fix it by myself and it only got worst.
I WAS STILL UNDER A 30 DAY WARRANTY. Plus, the computer was disabled in restarting, shutting down, and turning on.

It was like that when I bought it.

When I took it back under warranty I was still charged.
How is it my fault I could not reload main programs.
The computer wasn't working right.
