Open Letter to Cicuit City:
Let's review:
Your company has lied to me, misled me and my wife, sold me defective merchandise (3 laptops and numerous printers), reneged on a contract (printer) refused to service my laptop when contacted, failed to fix a problem correctly when I had it originally serviced, refused to consider my issue with your company because of "policy", failed to forward my contact as requested to your President or Board of Directors,
Your return Statement and Request was:
Your continued patronage is important to our company. We hope to have the occasion to serve your future consumer electronics, home, office and entertainment needs.
This would be extremely funny if it wasn't so sad. Tell me, was this statement or decision made by the same person that sold Circuit City on the idea of DIVEX?
I will relate my experience with your company to anyone that mentions your name or considers buying anything from your company in the future. As a consultant, I am confident that your loss of revenue from my purchases and negative opinions will far exceed the cost of repair to the laptop. Smart move!
Your policies are biased and one-sided (only if it "works" for you). You have gone as far as fulfilling your obligation to me but not one inch farther. Contrary to your statement my "patronage" is not important to your company, only my money. Thank you for bringing to light the integrity and fairness of Circuit City
