Me and my wife decided to start an online stor, and also a webhosting company. We had a mutual friend recoment us to a hosting company Tns Web hosting. This company was owned by two gentelemen one of which was Steven Mangarell. I agreed to a to with tns as a reseller. And started the account with fairyenchantment.com. The service was fairly well with them.
I sent Mr. Mangarell a western union wire fund in the sum of $52.00 for a resellers package, a shoutcast server, and the registration of a domain fairyenchantment.com. Almost a week later i sent in another $38.00 for the registration of 3 more domains. Ral-designs.com, collectiveradio.com, and southerndreamswebhosting.com. All of which were not registered into the companies domain registration account, but rather into Mr. Mangarell's personal godaddy account. Upon which i requested he transfere them to me. This took place in december. Mr. Mangarell, and his partner had a falling out, and split ways. Mr. Mangarell went on to merge tns web hosting with a larger hosting company called inet web hosting, and asked if i would like my resellers set up with inet webhosting.
Upon which i agreed under the asumption i would be sent a new Terms Of Service agreement. Mr. Mangarell failed to send me my new tos agreement. Every otherday through march i requested the Mr. Mangarell turn over my domains from his possesion. Upon which he stated he was going on a two week vacation, and would do it upon his return. The two weeks went by, then a third went. The entire time i was calling the 24/7 tech support line for help in service issues, as well as my domains. Then one of his tech support reps sent me a yahoo im with the message that inet web hosting's site was under suspension due to illegal distrabution of copywrited movie material. Giveing inet web hosting clients 24 hours to seek new webhosting. Upon which i sought out new hosting for my resellers so my clients websites would not be down. Then Mr. Mangarell messaged me informing me that i broke the Terms Of Service agreement, and owed for the month of april in the sum of $44.00.
Even tho i did not belive myself in violation of the tos, and Mr. Mangarell telling me i signed a tos with tns web hosting, which if you visit their website it is currently parked at godaddy.com not being used. I am honest so i agreed to pay him the $44.00. But upon it not getting to him fast enought i have been harrased, and threatened for over 2 weeks. He stated in a yahoo convo (which i keep all the logs) that he filed a claim with WIPO to take my domains, called paypal to lock my account freezeing my funds, and sent it in to a credit agentcy.
