Third time I have had problems with this company paying a rebate. I submitted rebates, two, one for $50, and other for $120 for Samsung LCD Monitor. Had to threaten Samsumg with legal action and they sent the $50 rebate, but say they had mailed $120 rebate on March 22, '05 and have not seen it yet, as of April 7, '05.
Have attorney drawing up small claims suit, naming Fry's Outpost, Samsung, and TCA as defendants. Will see what happens.
Samsung is severing business relations with this company supposedly. Too many complaints and I understand someone is initiating class action suit against TCA. Should include all companies who contracted TCA as they are the responsible parties, TCA is only a contractor, and injured parties should sue the manufacturer if the rebate was initiated by them. Let them subrogate to TCA for damages.
