Aol
Rip-off $23.50 x 3 on hold for hours

I am being charged 23.50 x3 a month for aol service. And have been for agout a year. I like probably most of you have been on hold with aol for hours trying to staighten this out. We have even ask our bank not to let anymore drafts through. But hey have not been successful. I finally e-mailed aol but i noticed their footnote said they try to answer them or get back with you. I'm like the one gentleman, i guess you just cut the line.
What do you do? Has anyone been successful?
