This company entered into an agreement with software vendors to process credit card transactions or other sales transactions for a fee and later failed to pay the software authors and/or vendors for their rightful sales revenue for the software.
Visage Services abruptly and without warning disabled the software authors access to their account information. I do not know to what extent V-Share Services may have defrauded software customers but as far as I know they have cheated all of their software vendors out of their sales revenue.
