I am obligated to file this report after reading several against this company and just imagining how many people have not done this basic research.
It took me about a week and a half to fulfill 6 offers from incentiverewardcenter.com in hopes of receiving an iPod. Sure enough, the website told me I qualified, so I printed the voucher and sent it in. After a week of no status update on the website (it still told me that they hadn't received the voucher), I sent an e-mail via their web form. A week later, I still have received no response.
It has been two weeks since I mailed my voucher, and their website has not updated my status. It still says that they have not received the voucher and cannot send the iPod until they do.
After doing some research, I contacted their customer service hotline (1-866-301-7260) and left a voice mail. Seeing as though it is a Saturday night, I have not received a response. I also have contacted their fulfillment contact (Jilliane Quiroz - [email protected]) and am hoping for a response. The e-mailing and phone call seems to have worked for most people.
I am waiting on a response before I file an official complaint with the NC and FL Attorneys General. Both will be receiving one soon, though.
I will keep you posted on how this turns out.
