Completed the requirements for an I-Pod before Thanksgiving. Then sent in the gift redemption the first week of December. No responses to emails and they do not show that they have received the redemption certificate. So, I printed it out and sent it again the second week of January. Found the phone number from other postings on this web site and have called and left a message. No response.
I have read of success from other postings. Can anyone recommend further action that might get a response out of these guys?
