I recently signed up and paid for Netzero service. I was unhappy and tried to cancel this service immediatley. I have now been in the run around process for several weeks, getting premade emails that give me no help as a response. The phone number on the website to cancel your service is not a real number, and it is the same phone number they email me to get my money back.
I am tired of the run around.
