I listed my business on Google Business at being in Claremont, Cape Town, South Africa. Your listing doesn't go live until you've received a postcard with your verification code which I received and completed the process. Once process was done I could see my live listing, however, it shows my business address as Claremont California. I emailed google 10 days ago on 5 November and asking them to change the address location; I followed it up with another email. I hadn't heard anything back from them on 10 November so I re-emailed them but I've still not heard a thing! Their customer service is shocking and I wish they didn't have the monopoly of the internet search because we have to use them even if they have terrible customer service!!!
