TERRIBLE Ineternet Service Device - Sierra Wireless Overdrive Pro 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot

I've had Sprint Phone service since 2003... They've served my simple needs (I'm not a "techie", nor do I ever want to be). It was a happy marriage. No complaints. So when I decided to get INTERNET for the first time at my apartment, I thought: "Why WOULDN'T I use the same company that I've been using for 10 years for cell phone usage?", figuring that I would be rewarded for my loyalty and snag some good deal on internet use.
BOY WAS I WRONG! Sprint only offers LIMITED Internet usage, priced per plan. Meaning—you have to literally LIMIT how much internet you use, 'cause if you go over your plan, you will be charged greatly for it. Again, I am not a techie—all I wanted was the ability to watch Youtube and Netflix movies monthly. But this type of video usage adds up in the Sprint Account world, and you have to limit how many movies/videos you can watch!
On top of all this, the worst crime of all was: The actual internet connection was ABOMINABLE! For every hour the internet ran smoothly, there was an hour where it ran slowly or not at all! HALF the time, I was staring at the screen, waiting for the simplest webpages (yahoo... Hotmail...) to Load!
Now comes the Customer Service, to which I would phone in frequently to complain about this poor connection: Incompetent, unhelpful, un-generous. After restarting my router to try to boot it up, having the Customer Service people check the towers in my area (always "Oh, it should be running perfectly!"), they finally tried their last ditch effort—by blaming MY computer! Desperate, I called Apple, and guess what? Apple confirmed that my (BRAND NEW) Laptop was perfectly functioning and up to date; there was nothing wrong with the laptop itself.
Sprint never had any answers, except a bumbling: "Oh, it should work... We don't know why." On top of all this—when I pressed to be understandably COMPENSATED for such poor internet service, they BALKED! They would only offer a measly $15 deduction in my next bill, from a $80 bill... Does that sound justified? I'm literally paying for NOTHING.

After 7-8 months of vainly trying to make do with this plain, I finally did research on Time Warner, which offered an internet plan for HALF the price, and had it installed in my apartment. So far, it's FLAWLESS, meaning: it simply works.

I am quitting my Sprint Internet plan this month, which will incur a $200 early termination fee, but it's better than sticking around for another year and a half—that's right: it was a TWO-YEAR PLAN! Shudder...

Rest assured, I am going to repost this declaration of disgust and disappointment everywhere that I can. It's my duty to prevent anyone from purchasing the Sprint Sierra Wireless Overdrive Pro 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot!!!
