I purchased Symantec software in October. I followed the instructions exactly in order to receive a $20.00 rebate. On 11/01/04 I received a nice email from Symantec stating that my rebate had been received and was being processed.
On 12/16/04 I received another email stating that I would not be receiving my rebate because I did not include the original UPC code from the package. I replied to them that I HAD sent the original UPC code. At which time they replied that I did not mail the original proof of purchase, again, I replied that I HAD sent them the original proof of purchase.
Now they are not responding to my emails at all.
